back bars around the world, but eventually was forgotten as the
aromatized wine fell out of favor due to lost popularity and a
compromise in quality. But Lynn House, star bartender turned brand
ambassador, helped lead the charge to bring this key ingredient
back to its roots and regain its rightful place in the cocktail
canon.
